Listen to your body. It sounds to me as though you are physically, if not mentally, ready to break. I like the idea of eating only fruits and vegetables (be sure to chew very very well, and don't eat too much at a time) for ten days. This will be an excellent cleanse; you can still say you've done a 30 day cleanse. You can do the metamucil routine above along with that, and go ahead and start the probiotics. Start with one cap and work up to two a day, continue for at least two weeks. The end of the fruit/veg diet would be a good time to think about the Liver Flush if you are feeling well!
