Iodine...What I learned recently

From speaking with people at the Hippocrates Health Institute, I learned that Iodine seeks out and attaches itself to irradiated particles like magnets. You can get radiation from microwaved food or jet airplane flights. I didn't inquire anymore about it but I suspect once Iodine attaches itself to these particles, the body casts out the newly formed iodineized particles. This is probably another reason why there have been individuals here on Curezone who have reported great benefits of Iodine supplementation.

Body chemistry is a complex thing. Everyone seems to have different needs. It makes sense that iodine may highly benefit some but not so much others. I personally eat dulse almost every day. If you are afraid of heavy metal contamination, find sources that contain the trace mineral selenium.

Unfortunately, there is a new movement from government agencies to irradiate all living produce. The reason for this is it kills over 99% of bacteria. There are going to be organizations that are planning to fight this. I think this idea of irradiation is stupid. First of all, I think there are more people who get sick off cooked food than living produce. Second, if you get sick off fresh living produce, chances are, your immune system has been compromised in some way. Don't be quick to blame it on the last thing you ate, seek out all the factors that were responsible for it.
