lately i feel really bloated, i think i've put on a few pounds. so yeah i'm thinking of Water Fasting for 7 days. if i do fast for 7 days will i notice any weight loss difference when my fast is complete? if i do complete 7 days i will do another 3 so i i would have done 10 days. any body here ever done a 7-10 day fast? if so did you notice any weight loss/or health changes? i really need advice!?
