I did my very first fast which was 15 days, and broke it for about 2-3 days.(not the proper way either) I picked back up again, but will i get the same benefits/weight loss on this 2 week fast, as i did the previous one??
And i do intend to break this one properly.
I'm just wondering what i can really expect this time around for 2 weeks. I'm around 137lbs right now, so i know weight when u start can have a factor. I dont know a whole lot about this stuff, trying my best to educate :]
