I would advise water-fasting again for 24 to 48 hours and then break your fast correctly on fresh juices, being careful to follow the proper guidelines; no concentrated foods such as meat, cheese and so on. Adhere to fruit/veg' juices for 24 to 36 hours and then plant based foods for several days thereafter.
Introduce concentrated foods slowly only after the the initial 5 days post-breaking the fast again.
Your stomach and digestive apparatus will thank you for it.
