The Iodine and Selenium are needed for your mercury detox. The Iodine will kick the mercury out of tissue where mercury combines in the blood stream with Selenium. The mercury bonded with selenium is then disposed of via the kidneys or intestines.
The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement should be taken separtely from Iodine and Selenium, 4-6 hrs would be a good rule of thumb.

Note, when you detox metals or halogens, you can experience a mettalic taste in your mouth, become more anixous or irritated, frontal headaches lobe headaches ( usually cured with a salt flush of 1/8-1/4 good salt dissolved in 8oz good warm water, drink it down, and chase with 16 oz good water.) Discolored urine, etc.

Being as high in mercury as you are you might want to consider addressing one issue at a time. Once you get the mercury out you'll feel much better phyiscally and mentally and ready to tackle Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and kill off the remaining pathogens in your system.
