Re: Chili, I've decided to create a new post to answer your question about Chinese Herb Usage

There are many pancrea supporting foods: they are onion, ginger, gingsing, astralagus, pepper, curry, , black-eye peas, peanut, licorice, potatoes, chicken soup, apple... common kidney support foods are goji berry and walnut.

Yes, have done 4 successful liver flushes(major stone size = 20-30 pieces each time) in the last 3 months, and this experience was the first time in my life. I was in pretty bad shape before too... But now, all the remaining issue I have right now is still having some nose allergies, but not as bad as before (before, I was just like having a nose that act like a faucet with water constantly dripping, and also itching so bad I always feel embarrassed with rub it). But my food allergies are totally gone though, no more dull pain the liver area, no more tiredness, feels lighter, more energy, better eyesight, and most importantly, sleeps better. I can say my life have completely changed by the amazing liver flush.
