I know that its my liver and kidneys, but I tell you that I have stuck it through for two years eating greens that made my symptoms severe and in the end I think I hurt my health because I had the insomnina along with my skin symptoms. So for now I will take as much of the alkaline drink and kelp I can without getting insomnia, do the foot baths and take epsoms with meals.
Do you recommend a foot bath daily? And do you recommend the alternating hot/cold baths too? Im doing the salt baths and hydrogen peroxide baths, also taking some orally. Can you say what time of day is best for doing detox baths/foot baths?
Oh and a question about the hydrogen peroxide and epsoms baths-if I take a bath in it late in the day could either of these cause insomnia? thanks again!
