Im not sure which type although it was from wholefoods. Whenever I eat fish of any kind wild or farm raised I get dry and thin skin, cracked lips and insomnia. Its unmistakable because I dont sleep at all after eating fish or any of the other foods I mentioned being sensitive too. The cracked lips happen a few hours after consumption so I can usually tell right away if I have eaten a no-no.
Have you recommended salmon for the calcium? Are you recommending I get more sources of calcium? Currently I take a lot of the eggshell calcium I make at home, molasses, and lime water. The kelp gives me the symptoms of dry lips and skin and insomnia but much less because I consume only small amounts.
