I must lack some communicating skills.
I use bms kelp lemon e.s a few times a day in the dosage as recommanded by you.
I did use them already for a few years but in much smaller quantity.
I use many different molasses now in between the bigger meals and the bsm drink just too get some different flavor I also add them too my poor quality fruit and prefer to buy them from dessert like country`s as greece, turkey,Israel.
So for instance if I want to have a glass off skim milk I mix it with the sour tasting grenadine molasse instead off adding avc or lemon in my own reasoning it should do the same job.
The greater the variety in foods the greater the variety in possible frequencies, is that right?
