That sounds good! :) I eat a very good alkaline diet, but then I wonder about the protein. I need 71 grams of protein each day, will eating some meat(chicken, fish) "destroy" all the good work Im doing trying to get alkaline? I mean one serving of protein daily only.
The pickling lime water, can it do any harm to Leaky guts, or is pickling lime water simply very alkaline, calcium-rich water, and therefore not caustic?
