Question

I agree with you! And that alkalizing is the truth :)

Although I did a hairmineralanalysis recently that detetced that my potassium/sodium ratio is very very poor, not like it should be, which explains my bad ratio of selenium and zink to mercury! (slightly elevated levels of mercury that should be balanced by selenium and zink) If you body don't have enough alkalizing minerals it can't buffer the toxic metals, so they start to store in the tissue. I don't have any silver/mercury fillings so I guess that's what happened.

And the test also said that I have very high calcium level and they suggested that I don't take any extra. Do you agree? Calcium does battle acids afterall.

I think that candida grows in our bodies to make it more alkaline, so they grow in masses to accomplish this! But when the body is alkaline, the yeasties don't need to be there, their job is done, and so they are gone! :)
