Hi,

You may start eating some canned cold water fish like Wild Alaskan Salmon or some sardines, it is already cooked and you need to eat the bones which are in it for additional calcium, the bones are nice and crunchy like, they are my favorite part!

Have some of this for a noon meal, so as to provide your body plenty of time for proper Digestion before bedtime!
