I have noticed something that makes me curious. I have been having a fairly steady 7.4 ph now for about a month. It simply does not move from that mark anymore unless I get into soem REAL trouble! The only things I am doing to foster this ph is taking calcium and magnesium, liquid oxygenated minerals and lemon, as well as eating a diet with a lot of veggies, some fruits, and less protein than I have been in the past. I take the occasional glass of alka seltzer for relief of brain fog and muscle achiness when I become too toxic from detoxing (which is going very well, I am happy to say).
Question: If my urine ph is already at optimal, why does taking the alka seltzer make me feel so much better? I mean, if I am feeling less than wonderful, I check the urine, it says ph is 7.4 (as usual), but I STILL feel much better after tha alka seltzer. The urine would indicate that ph is not what is causing the bad feeligs, but it helps anyway. Can you explain that?
Thanks!
