I am very sorry that this happened to you. In my opinion, rape is rape regardless of whether a victim is intoxicated or not. He took advantage of you. If you believe something was slipped in your drink then most likely it was and is an indication that it was premeditated so it does not excuse the fact. He tells you he was drunk as well only to get off the hook. He is a conniving rapist who plays nice guy. He needs a nice shot across the head.
