Depends what you have to hand, but you need to get your bowels moving quick-ish.

You could try a salt water flush. Google it.

You could try taking castor oil. Google it. Make sure its organic.

Epsom salt flush will work too.

A colonic is the gold standard if you have the money/courage/inclination.

All of them are best done on an empty stomach. And drink plenty of water.
