more questions about my extreme weakness
okay, so i'm still feeling extremely weak today (day 5). i have to move very slowly or else i start to feel faint and light-headed. this is such a change from my normally very active lifestyle! i can't believe how much i'm being forced to physically rest! i took my pulse rate yesterday and today and it's still at about 40 beats per minute.
a while ago i registered for a challenge that is very important to me... 40 yoga classes in 40 days, and it starts this monday. i initially thought that i'd have all this energy from fasting that people talk about, and that doing some gentle hatha yoga on a daily basis would be good for me, maybe even enhance the fast. and because i'm usually such a fit and active person, i thought i could easily do this.
i'm now thinking that if i still feel this physically weak by sunday that i may end my fast (sunday would be the seventh day). do you think this is wise? or should i stick it out? would i be ending the fast before i'm actually ready?
i wonder if i was a lot more toxic than i thought i was, and this is why the weakness is still getting worse, not better?
