Interesting you should mention about the Cayenne pepper as I wondered the same thing. My problem is that I really dont like the stuff and it is recommended that you don't take it in capsule form as it is necessary to taste it as the mouth apprantly sends signals to the stomach to get ready for it, so I dont see myself volunteering to be a guinee pig for this anytime soon. I did experiment with cayenne in capsule form, but it didn't really work well for me and made me slightly nauseous, which sort of confirmed the idea that taking it in capsule form is not a good idea. For those that can take cayenne easily, I do not see why, in theory at least, that it should not work. My only concern is that it could cause problems with nausea during the flush itself. I would be really interested to hear any feedback from anyone who wanted to try this.
