Agreed, the key here is good blood circulation and relaxation, which improves overall fluid secretion. I also did tried eating a few pieces of ginger but spitting out the fiber before doing the flush. It gave me a warm sensation in the stomach, and I think it improved the blood circulation in the abdomen area too. Of course, this is nothing compare to the spa method, but is one more thing people can try, the ginger juice also has an effect to reduce nausea as well.
