Are you just sitting around? I have about 10 lbs I could lose, but I am not really trying to lose weight per se. Its just a bonus of cleansing. Anyone trying to lose a lot of weight on this program should think again.
I lost about a lb per day for several days. Then for the past 3 days I was stuck at 193.8. It didn't matter how much water I drank or when i weighed myself. i was just right at 193.8 every time.
Then at midnight last night, I went for a long walk with a little jogging. When I got up this morning, I had lost 3 lbs.
Your metabolism needs some motivation if you want to lose weight. Move around as much as possible. Drink a lot of COLD water, that can burn calories too. Go for little walks if you can not run. Whatever you do, don't just sit or lay around the house. Move! You will crank up the fat burning metabolics.
Also, I got some Keto-Sticks from my pharmacy. You can do your own urinalysis to see if you are burning fat.
Good luck! And remember, you may not lose a lot of weight but you are cleaning yourself out and establishing discipline. The idea is long term health.
