one thought re: body temp.
I too have had a low temp. all my life, so that when I get a fever, it can read as normal, but feel quite awful to me. about six months ago, I started taking a little organic coconut oil (very important that it's organic, unprocessed! We've been told coconut oil is bad, but that only applies to the hydrogenated stuff in snack foods),
just a tiny spoonful a day to start. At first, I felt quite sick from being overly enthusiastic and taking a large spoonful(coconut oil is anti-parastic, so that may explain the 'die-off' reaction).
After a while, I began to feel better, and could handle it better. Liked it.
A month or two passed, and my temperature now read as "normal". That's one of the effects of coconut oil, it's said. I definitely feel it's improved my metabolism,
as I used to be someone who routinely would get cold hands and feet, all winter.
