really need advice please!!!!

i have been taking humaworm and humacleanse for a week now

humaworm is working.
humacleanse isnt.

i reorderd humacleanse and waited so i could take them both together so i wouldnt get blocked up which is exactly what has happened. do i use epsom salts or shall i just ditch the humacleanse. i have been getting out lots and LOTS of parasites when i do go.and it is scaring me the fact that im blocked

PLEASE HELP WITH ADVICE!!!!!
