New Memeber with questions
Hi,
This is a great forum! I have spent the last few weeks reviewing the posts, and am amazed by the simplicity of the solutions offered.
I am 43 year old male living in South Florida. No major illnesses just nuisance problems (sore muscles, back ache, indigestion when I eat certain foods). Am on the 12th day of the MC with a switch to BSM half way through. Progress is definitely not linear...but I feel much better.
I have a couple questions:
1. While on the MC, my PH has a variation from 5 in the morning to 7.5 in the afternoon. Since I am on the cleanse I assume this is because of the detox buildup in my body throughout the night. Is it recommended to increase the Lime water and BSM prior to going to bed, or getting up in the night to assist in the process?
2. Exercise and PH. Did not see much on effect exercise has on PH. Assume the increase oxygen would help burn the acid. But the byproduct (lactic acid etc) would make you more acidic. Frequency or timeframe for BSM mixture with regards to exercise.
3. PH levels for Dogs. Do the same PH levels to dogs? Should I be giving my dogs the BSM mixture? I have them on raw meat, and have recently added more bones and organ meats to help increase the alkalinity.
4. Any information acid/alkaline relationship with ADD?
