Busting candida diet myth's

Hello!

Yeast and/or mushrooms won't feed you candida. Im a member at this fantastic forum (askshelley) wheras the chief-editor herself had candida and such and got rid of it! She has studied like crazy on candida problems and knows what works/what does'nt. PLease read this:

I also have candida and Im slowly collecting all the items needed for the BSM drink. Alkalizing is the only way I truly believe.
How did you react to the BSM, did you candida flare up? Im a bit scared of this, but. It feels like Im attempting a russian-roullette.
