carbohydrate foods like cereal, bread, beans, lentiles, potatoes, granola bars ect all promote an acidic enviroment in the body, if you eat to many acid foods and not enough alkaline foods your body will be acidic. When your bodys pH is acidic it will not be able to offer proper healing or defense against sickness. Parasites, cancer, tumors pretty much any sickness cannot thrive in an alkaline environment.
unless you have serious allergies to wheat you dont need to avoid it, just work on keeping your body balanced by eating a healhy diet. Eat fruits, vegetables and nuts throughout the day to offer your system some alkaline foods.
also try reading the ingredients on your bread, probably loaded with additives and preservatives expecially if ur from the states. anything on the ingredients list you arnt familiar with you should do a little research on, you'd be suprised what kinda shit they put in your food ><
