As far as life style however, I eat primarily a plant based diet. I am very careful to not eat ANY junk at all. Mostly living foods. I exercise quite alot, walking, yoga, and strength training. And really work on stress. I meditate. I have had years of not sleeping well though. But, since I started taking the chinese herbs, just 4 nights ago, I have slept better those nights than any nights previously in a long time. So, I really want to keep taking them, unless you think there is a reason not to.
I am familiar with goji berries. I have eaten them plain. Is there a tincture of them? You sure seem to know alot about the herbs. Are you Chinese yourself?
