Nearing the end of day 4WF
And feeling pretty darn good.
I had planned to go for an undetermined amount of time but now I am feeling like I will probably shoot for 14 days. I was fasting mostly for trying to heal my colon a bit because I have ulcerative colitis. But I have gotten the bonus of losing about 15
pounds so far. I started at about 225 and am now about 210.
My question is, do you experienced fasters thing it is better to break on fruit juices or just plain fresh fruit? I have heard a lot of people break with an orange but I find oranges a bit too acidic for me and was wondering if something like an apple or purple grapes would be alright to break with?
Also when would I be able to incorporate raw vegetables? I really love vegetables more than fruits, broccli, cauliflower, corn, peppers, salad, carrots, love them. Also when could I incorporate steamed vegetables?
I am feeling very good at this point and can't wait to start eating well and exercising.
