Re: Day31WF: Blood Pressure Q and trying to decide when to end

You are more than welcome #83873,
personally I would be inclined to ask for a blood test to establish your general electrolyte levels, just to allay concerns or anxieties you may have, and based on these results, would either continue or terminate the fast.
I was not aware that you had hypokalemia previously.

I would say THIS about immune response: water-fasting will strengthen the immune system (if conducted properly) and completely eradicate allergies.
Allergies and allergic reactions are triggered by internal toxemia; if you have an internally clean metabolic environment, achieved thru water fasting, plus a strong immune system by the same means, then these will just not occur.

Arthritis for example is only the result of inflammation or (itis), it just depends on its locality within the body; and inflammation is the bodys reaction to dealing with toxemia..........eradicate your toxemia from that locality and you will have the answer you are looking for.
The above statement was endorsed by Dr J H Tilden MD & others within the Natural Hygiene movement, including Dr H M Shelton in his own inimitable & unique experiences with fasting patients, who suffered from one "itis" or another.

Seasonings and condiments with the exception of sea-salt are not recommended by Hygienists and neither do I, they generally serve no useful nutritional purpose to the body at all. Why on earth would you need seasonings and condiments when you have the subtle, natural and finer tastes of natural foods at your disposal? Seasonings pervert the taste buds.

The Elimination Diet will or can produce reactions, but they are only reactions of detox just as in the fast itself. I cannot stress too highly or too emphatically just how important diet is in relation to health....80% raw & 20% cooked natural foods, which is the way I eat and have health in superabundance. Food can either make you well.........or make you ill.

Yes the elimination period should be just as long as the fast itself, if not a little longer, but, and this is an important but, an Elimination Diet does not have to be a mono diet, as long as you eat mostly raw foods AND COMBINE your foods correctly without overeating.

Nonsense, the juice of Celery and tomato is a great combination; enjoy it to break your fast, as I am sure you will!!!

Regards

Chris
