i've just spent one week juicing and eating raw vegetables in preparation for my Water Fast (beginning today).
my one concern is electrolyte levels... are there potassium/electrolytes in Sea Salt ? if i am concerned would dissolving a little Sea Salt in water help? or is taking a potassium/electrolyte supplement an option?
i plan to go at least ten days, hopefully longer.
i am on a medication called Zeldox which claims to increase the risk of heart problems with electrolyte imbalances.
