I just found it interesting that because the patient was 66 pounds overweight and his ideal weight was 132 it was guessed that he would have enough nutrient reserves for 60 days of fasting. The patient did show obivious excess tissue reserves.
Did he ever use supplements in the long fasts-greater than 40 days?
I wouldn't be surprised if organic has pollutants in it as well. They say that the pollution of water and land reaches the furtherest points of the earth even where there are no inhabitants.
I read not too long ago a newborn is born with 247 contaminants on average from testing done on the umbilical cords. That is an average... Scary stuff I still think that may even have to do with the dramatic rise in autism, but I am sure diseases of that nature are multifactorial, but the equation always seems to be genetics + environment etc...
