Thanks so much guys! I appreciate all the help... And yes, I do know about how to re-introduce food after my fast. I have made it through the first day, and it was relatively easy. Lol, I did fall asleep on my floor though. I was doing some light exercising, just stretches and leg lifts, and afterward I was so tired I just fell asleep on the floor. I'm kinda wondering how much water I need to be drinking, and what's the difference in drinking little and a lot? Does drinking more or less affect weight loss and detox symptoms?
I've been drinking about 3 32 ounce mugs a day over the course of the day.
So far no symptoms, just a slight feeling of low blood pressure...
