Hey Doc

Do you any good stretching exercises good for the back and neck that we can do at home. I have read the one you said about sitting back and pushing down on one leg, stretching the upper leg and also the one with laying in bed on the stomach and pulling up with the toes (geee these exercises are not easy to describe over the net, hopefully you and I know what I am talking about).
