Just a note about your activator. Although in the "early days" ie. September 07, vinegar was suggested as an activator, JH now suggests that it may not be a good choice, especially if there is any chance of Candida. Lime or lemon juice may be used, or a 10% citric acid solution (ie. 1 measure citric acid powder + 9 measures distilled water). There are lots of videos on YouTube and testimonials on how to mix and activate your Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Good luck!
