I know when fasting you get to the point where your body finally says, "I need food!"
Now is it possible that my body is telling me, "Stop eating!"
I am sure that is possible. The problem is I have not been eating very healthily and I feel so bad that I do not want to eat anything at all, I simply want to start water fasting. I have no desire for food, I just feel sick. If I can force myself to withstand the strong toxin release, is it okay for me to just start fasting without an introductory period of really healthy foods? I might venture to say my body isn't feeling well enough to continue to digest solid foods.
