Most people do "NOT" understand any of the basics of this process, and so are more than willing to open their mouth and criticize any such ideas, and in the process, they may end up making a "FOOL" out of themself!
So for those of you who may be prone to opening your mouth, before you understand "ALL" of the "FACTS", then maybe it would be better for you to refrain from opening your mouth to criticize, in the first place?
Now for those who are willing to be open minded and want to learn how things really may work, then you may be interested in these ideas?
You may use a conductivity meter to check the conductivity of any total disolved solids in a liquid solution!
Now "IF" you check distilled water and it does not have any TDS in it, then you may get a very low reading!
Now when you may add some disolved solid to this distilled water you may pick up what ever reading this disolved solid may produce in the distilled water!
The higher or greater the Salt index may be of this TDS which you may add to the distilled water, may produce a higher reading of TDS!
But this test of a single TDS in Distilled water may only provide for the simple conductivity of the solution at this point and time!
Now, when you add a second and opposing TDS to this first solution which has only one TDS in it, now you may be creating an Electrical Energy Release and may have a higher reading of TDS!
This may all be measured by the use of a sol-u-bridge testing tool!
So, to create an Electrical Energy Release, it may require two opposite TDS's to react against each other, and in this combining reaction there may be Electrical Energy produced, which may be determined also be the "FACT" that some amount of "HEAT" may also be produced by the reaction!
So a person may also determine that Electrical Energy is being produced, by the simple "FACT" that Heat is being Generated!
Now just because Heat is being given off, does not mean that you are going to get an Electrical shock from this process, unless you are able to capture this Electrical Energy and store enough of it in a capacitor, until the strength of it may be built up enough so you may discharge this collection of Energy so that you may be able to measure it!
So, again, not all is as it may seem to be for some people!
