Daily YOGA therapy ( 1 hour everyday) and inversion therapy (5-10 minutes daily) should be enough to treat your constipation.
Ditch MOM etc. Stay away from all these harmful supplements....Herbal or otherwise.
Drink plenty of water. Drink some lemon water after meals..
PS: I know my way sounds a lot harder than ordering/buying a few supplements and popping them. But working the abdominal muscles so that they can improve peristalsis is very important. Also, straightening your spine can relive pressure off your nerves, which cause all these organs to not perform at their optimum.
Personally, I have tried plenty of supplements/vitamins for bowels cleanse. Nothing works better than giving your bowels some good exercise.
