I'm liking spirulina and bee pollen. I'd be taking chlorella too if I weren't in such a precarious situation and some people with mercury toxicity apparently react badly to it. From what I've read spirulina requires very little of digestive system and I'm taking it before lunch when I am eating solid food. (I've got a kitchen full of vitamin pills which I can no longer tolerate. After I save my life and get my digestion back, I want to do a few whole food supplements and hopefully will be able to try at leat 75% raw.) Cheers WSW
