Safe to LF without a parasite cleanse first?

So I have been scouring this website for about a year now, working up the courage to start this crazy cleansing business. I finally did a Bowel Cleanse with Oxypowder before the holidays, and I just saw a holistic doctor a few weeks ago who recommended a 3-week allergy Elimination Diet along with a detox product made by heel. I am halfway through that, and the first week was a nightmare. Major migraine the whole week (I've had migraines my whole life, though they've been much better this year), dizziness, hot/cold spells, etc. Feeling much better this week (am also taking a small dose of Oxypowder during this to make sure everything moves quickly). I have a follow-up appt. in a few weeks to discuss how this detox went and go over my bloodwork.

Here's my issue: I know I have a long road of cleansing ahead of me, that could take a year or more (along with migraines, I have skin issues, mild allergies, estrogen dominance, and a strange dry eye/irritation syndrome which have all gotten much worse in the last few years). BUT my husband and I would like to have another child as soon as possible; our first son is turning 3 this month and we've already put it off for quite a while. Is it possible to do a Liver Flush now, before I get pregnant - without a parasite cleanse? From what I've read, a parasite cleanse can take quite some time, and my main concern is my liver - I'm convinced it is in bad shape after taking painkillers for my migraines since I was 7 years old. I really would like to be as healthy as possible before getting pregnant, yet not put it off too much longer! My first pregnancy was horrible with extreme nausea and other issues, which I think may have been connected to a weak liver.

And finally, if I only have time to do 1 or 2 flushes before getting pregnant, is it even worth it? Or should I just wait until after having a baby? I of course will be asking my dr. about all this when I see her, but would also love to hear other opinions.

Thanks for the help!
