Yes well pH balancing is a combination of app. 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid to create useful eletromagnetic energy!
I would however if possible chose north atlantic salmon or sardines as a better choice although slightly acidic their high mineral content offsets the acidity!

If one does steam or boil veggies make sure to drink the water in which they where cooked as many minerals are in that water!
