What would be the best exercise?


We all have heard that regular exercise is a key to good health. But there are way too many kinds of exercises out there and I have discovered that many of them are actually harmful or ineffective.

  • For example, running, jogging are very harmful for knees and spinal cord.
  • Weight lifting is harmful too as it compresses the vertebra.
  • Many cardio/aerobic exercises are actually doing more harm to the heart by tiring it out.
  • And most sports activities will take toll on the body in long run....

So whats the best exercise?

Could it be Yoga  postures, inversions, slant board exercises or is it something else... What are your experiences? I personally found yoga worked best for weight loss for me.
