That makes sense. Towards the end of my fast I was consuming mostly green drinks for far less than the minimum 20oz. Even so, I imagine the Water Fast is more intense in some ways.
The only day I felt good on the fast was the day after. I had set up a blood test and, ironically, had to do a Water Fast the last night and into the next day. Felt wonderful, better than all 30 days of juice. I suspect the reason is ... I wasn't hungry for the first time in a month. Strange indeed.
