Still popping out stones post flush

I did my 5th flush Saturday night, and it was very successful, 600+ stones. Since I am still in pain, I am still taking apple juice and some ACV every day. A few more have been trickling out every day since.

Then last night I took a pinch of espsom salt with water right before going to bed. Once in bed for about 10 minutes, I suddenly felt this sensation, like someone popped my bottom with a hammer! I didn't hurt, but surprised me and caused me to jump a bit. I wondered if I passed another stone. Then this morning, along with my BM, was a stone floating in the toilet, the size of a cherry tomato! It was huge, compared to my garbanzo bean-sized ones previously!

I wonder if that popping sentation was the stone passing, and my bile duct slamming together???
