that is quite a diary you have there, and a very forward-looking plan of fasting along the lines of Paul Bragg.
Your fight in giving up processed foods is made easier with each new fast you undertake. The body will be and feel progressively cleaner and the taste for these unnatural foods will eventually disappear, leaving you open to the kind of foods that your body is really craving for.
A processed-food diet will have also distorted your senses as to what your body really needs, but post-fast/s, these foods will feel unclean and distinctly distasteful. I remember my own thoughts on food after my first prolonged fast, which focused on fruit and vegetables and especially their juices which were like nectar to my lips; the mere thought of bacon eggs and sausages (the typical English breakfast) made me feel nauseous and unclean.
The bloating that you have experienced will no longer be a problem if you combine your foods properly, which basically means you can eat until you are full and not suffer the consequences, AND lose weight at the same time, if that is your goal too.
