That first link is the one i found myself. I have to wear shoes to do it as have heel lift. I used to bounce lifing feet off the rebounder, and now realise i should have kept both feet in contact to start with. It is good you still get all the benefits doing it that way. It is a nice easy form of exercise to start me off.
