Am very pleased to hear that you are able to exercise again bling.
A cheap rebounder can do more harm than good, but just make sure you start with very gentle bouncing keeping your feet in contact with the mat at all times.
Some rebounders even come with a stabilizer to provide balance and support.
It is the ONLY cellular exercise in existence by exercising every single cell in your body with the acceleration/deceleration as its mode of operandum.

I have been rebounding for a number of years, so rebound for about 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week with a fairly strenuous workout with hand weights.
