I know there is not a miracle for getting rid of appetite pangs, but please tell me someone has a way to help reduce the strong urge/desire in my tummy to eat.
Last night was soooo hard. I literally had an inner struggle the entire evening about not eating. The thing is I know I cannot eat because of the potential harm to my body, but I had such a hard time not focusing on food. AARRGGHH!
I felt like nothing made a difference. It usually isn't hard when I am work, just the evenings that I struggle.
Please please if anyone has any suggestions let me know. I am hoping that last night was a rare occasion and that it will not happen consistently.
