hee hee, my way is very simple and straight forward.
Stay away all kinds of pharmaceuticals drugs and artificial vitamins/minerals, enemas, colonics and extreme fasting.
Just eat healthy AND take care of your spine. A hell lot of health problems are because of compromised spinal cord. Regular Yoga and inversion are my way of doing it. I have fixed my bloating and IBS issues by yoga. I enjoy what I eat and digest it well. And NO, I am not taking MH's LBB or any other laxative. I just dont need all that. I still have LBB capsules lying in my shelf and wonder if I should finish that.
All this colon cleansing and Liver flushing did nothing for me. These are harsh for the body, IMHO.
I totally agree that a healthy liver is a must to have. But disagree with the process to cleanse the liver.
