Good job you re doing but you must be careful,please give your body food when it finally ask for it. I discovered the first time I fasted was that I couldn't eat as much as I did before I started and unhealthy food will make me sick. I also lost all the horrible cravings I use to have and continued to loss weight. My thought is that the same will probably happen to you when you stop fasting, so you don't have to fast till you loss all the weight( Don't know how long you have to go). Maybe if you did short fast after the long fast, like a day a week will be helpful. GoodLuck
