Sorry, can't agree with you that ozonated water is similar to distilled water. Ozonation of water does not remove the minerals originally in the water like distillation does. Distillation decreases the bond angle of the water molecule making it essentially "dead" water, while ozonation increases the bond angle.
About your question. The addition of good Sea Salt to water prior to ozonation is not a bad idea. I am unsure of the benefits, but Dr Batmanghelidj certainly expounds on his beliefs about the good effects of Sea Salt at
