Okay, I started Monday. I water fasted thru Friday day. Friday evening and Saturday morning I had some grapefruit juice. I've been back on water only since yesterday. My fasting goals are to just keep fasting (even if I have to go back and forth from juice to water) until I reach my ideal weight. This will take at LEAST through the end of May. I'm hoping it won't take longer than mid-June. Then, I will begin eating raw.
My problem on this fast (which is actually probably a good thing) is that it feels like my metabolism is still going full speed, so I'm still hungry. I am very overweight, so that may contribute. I just really need some people cheering me on. This is getting tough. I haven't passed 11 days before, so this will be quite a feat to accomplish!
I'm keeping track of my inches lost and pounds lost. I'll probably post all of that when I'm past 21 days.
